Transaction fees are calculated as a percentage of the final sale price. For example, the Contract Kit fee is 6% of the transaction amount, with a maximum cap of 3,990 EUR. The Matchmaking fee is 2% with a cap of 750 EUR. All fees are exclusive of VAT.

Pack Complet is our all-in-one solution that includes the Contract Kit (legal documentation, KYB/KYC verification, sale agreement, transfer deed) and the Escrow Account (secure fund holding, milestone-based release, dispute resolution). It provides everything you need for a secure and compliant transaction.

Fees are charged upon successful completion of the service. For matchmaking, the fee is charged when contact details are unlocked. For Contract Kit and Escrow services, fees are charged once the transaction is initiated. You only pay for what you use.

Yes, we offer preferential terms for brokers affiliated with certain partners. Please feel free to contact your usual representatives at your main partners.

If a transaction does not complete, our escrow service ensures that funds are securely returned to the buyer. For Contract Kit services, partial refunds may apply depending on the stage of the transaction. For direct sale Ads, in contact fees are not refunded.
